When the White House recently asked CVS Caremark to lend a hand in ensuring there would be job opportunities for youth in 2012, the company responded with an enthusiastic affirmative. Making sure young people have a chance at rewarding careers is always a priority for us.
CVS Caremark, in collaboration with researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University, recently found that patients with diabetes who received counseling from their pharmacists, were more likely to take their medications as directed and engage with their physicians about their treatment.
