Independently founded in 2000, MinuteClinic's first clinic opened in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn., area, and due to a partnership and subsequent acquisition with CVS Caremark in 2007, MinuteClinic has rapidly grown to our current presence of more than 560 clinics in 25 states.
