We fill many of our Executive Leadership opportunities from within as we engage our colleagues in individual development plans, encourage open dialogue between colleagues and Managers, provide regular training, and offer select leadership development programs.
Our Senior Executive Team is located in Woonsocket, R.I. Many of our department and business line executives are located in one of our major hub locations: Woonsocket, R.I.; Nashville, Tenn.; Northbrook, Ill.; Scottsdale, Ariz.; and Irving, Texas. These individuals support and work with teams that manage most of the major staff support functions in the organization.
Our Store Operations Executive Team consists of Regional Managers and Vice Presidents, as well as staff support roles in Human Resources, Loss Prevention, Real Estate and Marketing. These positions oversee and support stores in multiple markets. While many of these roles are filled from within, we encourage experienced executives to look into opportunities in this group, as they do sometimes become available.
