Nursing within the Pharmacy Benefit Management business unit is centered on patient education and disease management. Whether in person or by phone, all of our Nurses celebrate and champion our company’s vision on improving the quality of human life.

Telehealth Nurses support or relationships with drug manufacturers and manage inbound calls from patients, caregivers, nurses, doctors or pharmacists providing information on specific disease states, related therapies and adverse reactions. Our Telehealth Nurses become experts in the disease state they support, working with cutting-edge medicine and new state-of-the-art drugs.
