Account Management positions are centric to the Pharmacy Benefit Management division and are primarily located in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Northbrook, Ill.; Pittsburgh, Penn.; Lincoln, R.I.; and San Antonio, Texas.

These positions support our clients (employers, health plan providers, unions and TPAs) on a day-to-day basis with managing their prescription benefit plans. Account Managers have excellent project management skills and understand the value of client satisfaction and retention. They often work with the client via phone or e-mail and may visit with the client a few times each year. Typical positions include Associate Account Manager and Account Manager.

Accounting and Finance opportunities are located across all of our divisions. A range of opportunities are available across areas supporting Accounts Receivables/Payables, Third-Party Receivables, Billing and Collections, Reporting, Inventory Accounting, Fixed Assets, Reimbursements, Financial Analyst for budgeting and forecasting, and Internal Audit.

Centric to our Pharmacy Benefit Management division, our Analytic groups provide data to key decision-makers for both internal and external clients in support of our Sales and Account Services, Marketing, Trade Relations and Network Performance business units. The focus is on analyzing variances and trend changes in data, reporting and analytic consultation to successfully position our business, products and services in the marketplace. Positions are typically located in Northbrook, Ill.; Irving, Texas; Scottsdale, Ariz.; Hunt Valley, Md.; and Greensboro, N.C.

Audit and Compliance opportunities are within our Pharmacy Benefit Management and Retail Pharmacy division. They focus on assessing the reliability and integrity of information, compliance with policies and regulations and the processes for safeguarding assets. Positions reside with Internal Audit, Compliance and Integrity, or across our various departments supporting internal and client-based audit/compliance functions. The goal is to ensure a systematic, objective approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and governance processes.

Our Compliance and Integrity group supports the organization’s commitment to promoting and communicating the principles of sound compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards and ethics in the conduct of company business. They focus on providing leadership and expertise in legal and regulatory compliance and ethical conduct for all colleagues.

The Human Resources department is focused on translating the organization's strategic business objectives into a comprehensive people strategy with opportunities located across all of our divisions. Functional areas include Recruiting, Talent Management, Colleague and Labor Relations, and the Benefits and Compensation groups. These teams are responsible for providing services that build a value proposition between the company and our colleagues. Collectively, these groups function to maximize our return on investment in human capital by hiring, developing and retaining the best talent in the workplace. The teams are strategically located throughout the country to partner with business leaders across multiple lines of business and departments.

The Information Systems (IS) team offers full-service technology solutions for the enterprise with a goal to become a valued partner with each business unit. Our IS colleagues maintain a highly skilled, flexible and multi-functional workforce and offer technology professionals to evaluate, design, implement and manage innovative technology solutions. Positions are mostly located in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Richardson, Texas; Northbrook, Ill.; Minneapolis, Minn.; Pittsburgh, Penn.; and Woonsocket, R.I.

Our Legal division provides effective and efficient legal advice to all business departments across the organization, with a focus on the following practice areas: Real Estate, Corporate, Labor and Employment, Intellectual Property, Litigation Management, Health Care and Privacy, Client Contracting, Pharmaceutical Manufacturer Contracting, Medicare Part D, Retail Pharmacy and PBM Operations. Positions are primarily located in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Northbrook, Ill.; Woonsocket, R.I; and Irving, Texas.

Positions related to Marketing functions cross all divisions of our organization are located primarily in Scottsdale, Ariz.; Northbrook, Ill.; Woonsocket, R.I.; and Irving, Texas. Marketing includes support for our Clinical Programs, eBusiness strategy, Corporate Communications, Brand Management, PBM & Retail Product Development, Retail Customer Relations, Retail Marketing and Advertising, to name a few. These areas address strategy, market research, analytics, marketing plans, branding, collateral and messages to drive and differentiate our products and services in the marketplace.

Centric to our Retail Pharmacy division, Merchandising creates and defines our customers’ overall shopping experience. Category Management selects products including development and execution of strategic product marketing plans and sales promotions. Front Store Pricing manages merchandise retail pricing ensuring good value and competitive prices. Retail Innovation & Store Design (RISD) creates the overall look, feel and physical presentation of our stores including layout, planogram design and signage, and consumer research and insights that help us understand how our customers shop.

Merchandising partners with the following teams: Inventory and Replenishment to ensure that stock levels are correct on an everyday basis at each store; Marketing to plan and execute sales promotions and events for select items including regular carried product and seasonal specials; and Logistics to allocate purchased product across our network of distribution centers so that deliveries to stores are timely and contain the right product mix.

Centric to our corporate function, this team supports the growth strategies of Retail Operations, as well as manages and maintains our retail store fleet.

The Real Estate team drives growth strategy by identifying quality sites for our new stores and relocation opportunities. Acquisitions works on our strategy for acquiring independent pharmacies, where Finance provides financial models and analysis on the viability of our projects and long-term strategies. Market Research provides site and market analyses with demographic, financial performance and competitive data supporting local operations teams’ new location proposals, pricing and direct mail areas. Surplus Property Disposition manages location closings, surplus properties and termination of existing leases and sublease negotiations. Property Tax processes and analyzes real estate and personal property tax payments for all of our locations, identifying incentives and managing the assessment appeal process for both real estate and personal property taxes.

Centric to positions within our Pharmacy Benefit Management division, the Sales team requires face-to-face client interaction and is responsible for building relationships, working with RFPs and prospecting for new business from senior HR leaders up through the C-Level Executives. These colleagues also focus on current business retention and monitoring trends, as well as adding value to the client’s business by understanding each organization’s needs with respect to prescription benefits. Some of our Sales positions include Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive, and Strategic Sales Executive.

Additionally, we have roles related to supporting the Sales function under our Sales Operation areas.
