Each year the CVS Caremark Charitable Trust invites non profits to apply for a grant if their organization supports the needs of children with disabilities or if their mission is to provide health care for the uninsured. The Trust complements the volunteer efforts of our colleagues as we work closely with grantees to explore new ways to engage our workforce. Grants announced at the end of 2009 align with CVS Caremark All Kids Can, a signature program focusing on children with disabilities, where we work with national partners such as Easter Seals, Boundless Playgrounds, VSA as well as dozens of other organizations dedicated to ensuring children get the services, tools, therapies and access to opportunities to stay active – all ingredients in allowing each child to reach their own personal level of success.
