Methods for Submitting Requests to CVS Caremark:
- CVS Caremark Community Grants:
Applications are accepted and reviewed monthly from January – October. We are currently accepting applications from nonprofits and public schools in these focus areas:- Programs benefitting children with disabilities
- Public School offering inclusive academic or enrichment activities for children of all abilities
- Health care for the uninsured

*Note: All grant applications must be submitted through our online system. We will not accept any grant requests that are mailed in.
- Nonprofits can also apply to the CVS Caremark Charitable Trust – May/June Annually

- Submitting a request for a CVS/pharmacy Gift Card:
UPDATED INFORMATION in JAN 2010: Throughout the year we support nonprofits that serve people in need in communities where CVS Caremark has a presence by donating CVS/pharmacy Gift Cards to complement their efforts. We also accept requests for Gift Cards from public schools.In light of the situation in Haiti, we will consider requests for Gift Cards from nonprofits that are raising money and gathering products for the people of Haiti. We will only accept requests from 501c3 not-for-profit organizations and ask that the request include information on which relief organization will benefit from the local fundraising efforts.
Nonprofits and public schools are welcome to submit a request. We strive to support as many requests as we can.
We are not accepting requests for the following:
- Galas, dinners, golf tournaments, conference sponsorships or walks outside our current partnerships
- Sponsorships of sports teams, bands, non-academic school programs or requests benefiting individuals
- Advertising
