CVS Caremark Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend
WOONSOCKET, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 5, 2008--CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved its quarterly dividend of $0.06 (6 cents) per share on the Common Stock of the Corporation, payable May 2, 2008 to holders of record on April 21, 2008.
