CVS/pharmacy Announces Executive Promotions
WOONSOCKET, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 6, 2007--CVS/pharmacy today announced two executive promotions designed to support the national growth of CVS' retail front store and pharmacy operations.
Helena Foulkes has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Operations Services. Previously the SVP of Marketing and Advertising, Foulkes will continue to oversee those areas while also taking responsibility for the operational support of the pharmacy and front store business.
Foulkes has been with CVS/pharmacy for 14 years and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Strategic Planning, Visual Merchandising, Category Management and Marketing. Among her many achievements, she was responsible for developing the CVS ExtraCare program, the most widely recognized customer loyalty program in the retail industry.

Scott Baker has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Stores - East. He was most recently an Area Vice President for CVS/pharmacy in the northeast. Baker joins Hanley Wheeler, who was previously promoted to Senior Vice President, Stores - Central, and Dennis Palmer, who was previously appointed to Senior Vice President, Stores - West, to oversee the continued national growth of CVS/pharmacy stores in all of its markets.
