The PBM division provides a range of services including mail order pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, plan design consultation and administration, formulary management and claims processing 
Our CVS/pharmacy stores sell prescription drugs and a wide assortment of high-quality, nationally advertised brand name and private label merchandise. Our retail-based health clinic subsidiary, MinuteClinic® utilizes nationally recognized medical protocols to diagnose and treat minor health conditions, perform health screenings, monitor chronic conditions and deliver vaccinations.
We employ approximately 201,000 colleagues in 44 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. At year-end 2010, we operated 7,182 retail drugstores, 560 MinuteClinic locations, 44 retail specialty pharmacy stores, 18 specialty mail-order pharmacies and four mail-order pharmacies, and our CVS.com® and Caremark.com websites. During 2010, the Company increased the number of CVS/pharmacy locations and decreased the number of retail specialty pharmacy stores and mail service pharmacies.
