Paragon Awards

Each year, at our annual company gathering, we recognize our company's best and brightest with the CVS Caremark Paragon Award. This award, the highest honor a colleague can achieve within our company, is reserved for those who make remarkable contributions on their job or in their community. Our outstanding Paragons understand what CVS Caremark stands for as a company and how their efforts each day will help us to improve the quality of human life. They lead by example, forging strong bonds with their customers, their colleagues and the communities they serve. They strive for excellence and inspire others to do the same.

Chairman's Awards

While our Paragon Awards recognize the efforts of our store and operations colleagues, the annual Chairman's Awards are reserved for members of our corporate and field leadership teams who have gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding results for CVS Caremark. Each fall, Tom Ryan, CVS Caremark Chairman, President and CEO, honors these individuals for their achievements.
